Now that I’ve finally started recovering from my Flu and started getting back to my normal routine, I need something easy to give me energy. Which is why I’m such a fan of smoothies. You can throw so many different things in them and adjust them to your liking. My favorite right now is:

–  Frozen mangos

– 1 banana

– Vanilla Yogurt

– Soy milk

Delicious and lots of protein
