As we all know, an outfit is not perfected until its been spoiled with the right jewelry. It’s like the icing on the cake. Finding the right pieces can take time, however, with the launching of SKmtl, the search has been made a whole lot simpler.

SKmtl was launched in 2010 by two of my good girlfriends, Samantha Cutler and Kira Ludmer-Kott. As described by Samantha, the jewelry “consists of statement pieces that are easily transitioned from day to evening”. The two ladies started the brand when they felt a void for beautiful jewelry that could be “casual enough for school but dressy enough to go out in.”

So, they solved the problem by buying and selling a number lines they felt created jewelry that filled this void. And, they also created some of their own pieces. The best part is, SKmtl knows the importance of being unique and finding what represents your individuality. Therefore, they do not carry more than one of each piece. This way, when you go about strutting your stuff, you know you’ll be the only one wearing your favourite piece!

Designed by S & K themselves

They feature Wildfox jewelry, their own line, Harriet & Grey and, coming soon, Ettika.
